Contract Between the Parties
The owners of the Karel Dream Sea inflatable boat, in compliance with the applicable legal requirements, will enter into a contract with the clients in order to protect both parties.
A few moments before departure, they will send the mandatory notification for the execution of the excursion under the occasional rental regime to the competent authorities (Harbor Master’s Office and Italian Revenue Agency).
Main Limitations
For safety reasons, with great regret, children under the age of three are not allowed on board.
Pets are not permitted on board.
The tour is not suitable for:
- people with spinal problems,
- people who suffer from seasickness,
- people with heart conditions,
- people weighing more than 120 kg.
In addition, the excursion is not suitable for pregnant women due to sea conditions, nor for individuals with significant mobility impairments.

Guests are required to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
In case of delay, the skipper cannot guarantee that the departure will be postponed.
If the guest does not arrive at the agreed time, the booking will be considered a “no-show” and no refund will be provided.
Itinerary Changes
Itinerary Changes
The skipper reserves the right to modify the itinerary, swimming stops, or navigation route due to sea and weather conditions, maritime traffic, or any safety-related requirements.
Such changes are made to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and do not entitle the customer to any refund.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the client within 2 days prior to the agreed excursion date, or if the client does not arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the deposit paid will be applied.
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 3 or more days prior to the agreed excursion date.
In this case, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
Cancellation or Interruption of the Service
The skipper (boat captain) may cancel or interrupt the excursion at any time if a potential danger is identified that could place guests or crew at a medium or high level of risk.
In such cases, a partial refund will be provided, proportional to the difference between the time elapsed before the interruption and the total duration agreed for the excursion.
In the event of full cancellation due to adverse sea or weather conditions (when the excursion does not start), the full amount paid will be refunded.
The skipper’s assessment of sea and weather conditions is final and not subject to dispute.
Personal Belongings
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
The owners and the skipper are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the excursion, including electronic devices, valuables, or items brought on board.
Civil and/or Criminal Liability
The owners of the Karel Dream Sea inflatable boat shall not be held civilly or criminally liable for damage to property or persons caused by improper and/or dangerous behavior by participants during the excursions.
The skipper undertakes to do everything possible to ensure the safety of all passengers.
Passengers are insured in the event of accidents, in accordance with applicable regulations, as the owners of the Karel Dream Sea inflatable boat have taken out an insurance policy for third-party passengers.
